My client is a fast-growing data and intelligence company building the next generation of measurement and insight tools for the marketing and creator economy. Their mission is to help brands and agencies understand impact, optimise campaigns, and drive real-world results using data, machine learning, and smart product design.
As Engineering Lead, you'll take ownership of a small, high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists. You'll set technical standards, shape the roadmap, and contribute hands-on to product development - all while helping scale a high-growth business that moves fast, values autonomy, and rewards innovation.
What You'll Do
* Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team
* Define technical standards and best practices across the stack
* Spend 30-40% of your time hands-on, building key features and systems
* Collaborate closely with product and data teams to turn insights into action
* Architect scalable, reliable systems using modern cloud technologies
* Build and nurture a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
* Solid background in Python and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
* Proven track record of leading small, high-performing teams
* Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments
* Bonus: experience with AI/ML, AdTech, MarTech, or analytics products
