The London Finance group is part of a wider global platform spanning North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. The integrated network enables the team to provide seamless advice on multi-jurisdictional transactions, regulatory compliance, and emerging market developments.

* Advising on regulatory and compliance aspects (including EMIR and SFTR) impacting derivatives and structured products markets
* Analysing credit, liquidity, insolvency, and netting issues relevant to transactions
* Building relationships with clients through active participation in meetings, deal execution, and business development initiatives
