We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term relationships with customers, connecting with industry stakeholders, and implementing strategic plans to maximize sales and customer service. Responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing regional sales strategies
* Presenting product ranges to match regional needs
* Optimizing distribution and operations
* Managing relationships and accounts with trade customers
* Overseeing sales administration policies
* Supporting and managing the technical sales team
* Promoting company policies and contributing to overall company development
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture and/or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the agri-sector, leadership skills, excellent communication, and a full clean driver’s license.
