Our client in Watford is expanding and is looking for a Recruitment Administration / Compliance professional to support their growing operations. What you’ll be doing Managing candidate compliance documentation, certifications and onboarding files Liaising regularly with internal stakeholders and candidates to gather required information Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant Supporting with varying workloads in a fast ‑ paced environment Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail Helping to streamline processes and improve documentation workflows What we’re looking for Experience in recruitment administration, compliance, onboarding or a similar role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and confidence working with candidates and internal stakeholders High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast ‑ moving environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a role that offers variety, responsibility and the chance to make a real impact on operational efficiency.
