Full-Time KS1 Teaching Assistant – Year 1
Location: Padgate, Warrington

We are delighted to be working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Padgate, Warrington, who are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their Year 1 team on a full-time basis.

The Role:
* Full-time position supporting a Year 1 class
* Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
* Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
* Helping pupils with phonics, early reading, writing, and numeracy
* Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development
* Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working within a primary or early years setting
* Be nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic about working with KS1 children
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills
* Be proactive, reliable, and adaptable
* Have a genuine passion for helping children succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
