They are now growing their team in County Antrimand theyre looking for a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to help shape the future.
What Youll Be Doing:
Youll lead a variety of projects from concept through to construction, working closely with directors, clients, and in-house teams. This is your chance to make your markmanaging and mentoring a growing team, building client relationships, and delivering high-impact design and survey work.
Lead small to medium civil and structural projects
Guide and support junior engineers and technical staff
Manage client relationships, proposals, and project scopes
Oversee surveys, technical reports, contract admin, and design reviews
Deliver work on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Who You Are:
Chartered (or on the path to chartership) with ICE, IStructE, or MRICS
Proven background in building structures, project management, and client liaison
Comfortable overseeing surveys, structural assessments, and mentoring engineers
Technically strongskilled in design software, relevant standards, and drawing/modelling
Great communicator and organiser, with commercial awareness and leadership ability
Knowledge of JCT contracts and Building Regulations is a big plus
