We are seeking a skilled and qualified Plumber & Mechanical Engineer to work on government building in Croydon Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings. Identify and diagnose plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform routine maintenance and repair on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and valves Perform regular inspections to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems and detect any potential issues. Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Work closely with other maintenance and facility staff to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
