My client is a highly successful and established recruitment business who have built a strong reputation in their specialised markets. Due to growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to run a profitable recruitment desk, meeting personal activity and contribution targets through the placement of candidates on permanent, contract or temporary assignment. This is a 360 degree role incorporating client and candidate engagement, business development and key account management.
Responsibilities:-
Foster strong working relationships with clients and candidates
Constantly seek new business development opportunities
Develop and encourage cross selling opportunities across divisions and other businesses within the Group
Develop relationships with target clients/contacts through regular communication including face to face meetings to establish their recruitment needs
Conduct regular reviews with key contacts, taking and acting upon feedback, offering innovative solutions, and constantly seeking to improve upon service delivery
Identify Preferred Supplier and Tender opportunities
Take a clear briefing for every job opportunity
Write effective advertisements to broadcast all open jobs on online job boards
Candidate sourcing and management, maximising candidate flow through utilisation of all available channels.
