My client is a purpose-driven organisation focused on helping charities and local authorities maximise their impact through Salesforce technology.
They are currently looking for a Head of Salesforce on a perm basis to lead and scale their growing Salesforce practice, delivering high-quality solutions.
You'll play a key role in shaping consultancy strategy, leading delivery, and building a high-performing teams, while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation and its customer base. Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring quality, security, and scalability.
What you'll do:
* Lead the strategy, growth, and delivery of the Salesforce consultancy practice
* Define and implement a scalable consultancy model aligned with organisational growth objectives
* Manage a portfolio of customer projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
* Act as a trusted advisor, leading workshops and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions
* Drive revenue growth through new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
* Build and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce consultants
* Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance across delivery and commercial performance
What you'll need:
* Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions
* Proven leadership experience within a Salesforce consultancy or partner environment
* Track record of managing and developing technical/customer-facing teams
* Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
* Commercial acumen, including ownership of revenue targets and budget management
* Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels xsngvjr and translate requirements into scalable solutions
