About The Role
As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do.
Every person working here understands that our Residents are people with their own stories. By joining HC-One, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to give back to those individuals.
In your role at Sedgley Court, you will plan and implement activities that delight our Residents, assist the Home Manager with fundraising events, and foster social confidence among Residents. You will do so with kindness and a caring attitude.
We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in developing activity programs. Your positive energy, ability to connect with people, planning, organizational, and IT skills are essential. You should communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. Attendance at safeguarding training is required, along with the ability to seek advice and report concerns appropriately.
