Job Duties:
5. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Year 1 students
6. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
7. Assess and monitor student progress
8. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
9. Participate in school events and meetings
Required Qualifications:
10. PGCE
11. QTS
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
12. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
13. Experience in teaching Year 1 students
14. Strong behaviour management skills
15. Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
16. Additional training in special education needs (SEN)
17. Experience in working in a diverse and inclusive school environment
