Our client is a luxury B-corp wellness brand who are growing quickly both in the UK and internationally.
They are looking for a strategic and highly creative leader to define and deliver their global social and digital content / creative vision. You’ll lead the development of standout, on-brand creative that drives engagement, differentiation, and measurable commercial growth.
This role combines strong creative leadership with a deep understanding of social media and social commerce platforms. The role will ensure the brand’s digital content and creative drives measurable differentiation and growth across organic social, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Tik Tok Shop, and other social commerce platforms.
What you’ll do:
* Lead social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & emerging platforms
* Drive organic growth through culturally relevant, insight-led content and creative
* Management of the digital asset production agency
* Set the creative direction for all digital channels, ensuring a distinctive and consistent brand identity
* Oversee the production of high-performing, social-first content (video, photography, campaigns)
* Partner with performance marketing to develop and scale conversion-driven creative
* Build and manage influencer & brand partnerships to amplify reach and credibility
* Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise the DTC journey
Role requirements:
* Highly skilled in experience in social, digital & creative marketing
* Strong creative leadership with a proven ability to develop compelling, on-brand content
* Deep understanding of what makes content perform across TikTok, Instagram and paid social
* Experience producing and scaling high-performing creative across multiple formats and channels
* Ability to translate brand storytelling into content that drives engagement, acquisition and revenue
* Experience using AI and agile production methods to deliver scalable creative efficiently
* Strong eye for aesthetics, detail and luxury brand positioning
* Proven track record managing content production and influencer partnerships
* Highly organised, collaborative and commercially minded
