Candidate Profile
A Senior Social Worker who can work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team setting and also autonomously when required.
Key requirements of the role include the ability to work at a fast pace and have experience and resilience to cope with demands of winter pressures across the system.
Line management of staff would be preferable.
A good knowledge of Safeguarding Adult process and legislation.
A good knowledge of the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act
