This person hasMotor Neurone Disease (MND), Complex Clinical Needs- tracheostomy and ventilation care, PEG feeding — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.✨What you'll be doingAs a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
