Pay: £12.70 per hour
Location: Harlow
We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Van Drivers to join a growing team. This role involves multi-drop. This is a customer-focused role where conduct, etiquette, and attention to detail are essential.
Van Driver Role:
* Average 300 miles per day
* 15–30 drops per day
* Deliveries across Kent, the South Coast, and London (London knowledge is important)
* Time slot deliveries
* All deliveries must be signed for by an authorised signatory
* Checking all deliveries and returns thoroughly
* Regularly monitoring and recording van temperature
What We’re Looking For:
* Professional and courteous manner
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Good time management and reliability
* Ability to follow procedures and process accurately
* Commitment and punctuality are essential
Training:
* 2–3 weeks structured training
* Buddying up and shadowing experienced drivers
* Full processes and procedures explained during training
