Breezefree has been leading the way in outdoor space design and installation for over 20 years. We create standout alfresco environments for bars, restaurants, and hotels — from elegant parasols to bespoke glass, aluminium, and steel structures.
We're looking for a seasoned Installation Engineer to join us. If you thrive on variety, problem-solving, and seeing a job through to exceptional standards, this is your chance to work on high-profile projects where your experience will be truly valued.
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years of hands-on construction experience, preferably in a supervisor or management role
* Full UK driving license required - with few or ideally no points
* Confidence working with tools on construction sites
* Happy to start your shifts at 6am
* Ability to ensure you and your team follow good Health and Safety practices and procedures
* Ability to think fast, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects running smoothly.
* Organised, methodical, and committed to delivering top-quality work.
* Carpentry, steel erection, welding experience a plus although not essential
* Comfortable communicating clearly with clients and colleagues.
* Based within 30 minutes of CR4 2AP, or willing to relocate.
* Certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, PASMA, or IPAF are a plus — but we'll provide training for these if you don't already have them.
What You'll Do
* Meet at base in Mitcham at 6am on weekdays and travel to sites across the UK with team members to carry out surveys and installations.
* Represent Breezefree with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Contribute to delivering standout outdoor environments that wow our clients. - Occasionally work long shifts (up to 12 hours) when travelling for projects.

Work Location:
In person at sites across the UK. Must be willing to travel and stay over night where required (you would be given notice of any over night stays that are required and paid an additional bonus for the overnight stay).
