A competitive salary range of GBP50000.00 - GB55000.00 is on offer for this permanent position.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and oversight of compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance risk management frameworks, safeguarding the integrity of our operations.
* Champion a culture of compliance and risk awareness, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
* Offering comprehensive guidance on compliance matters to key stakeholders and promptly escalating significant compliance concerns to the Head of Risk & Compliance upon discovery. Conducting thorough assessments of potential impacts, criticality, and available remedial strategies.
Preferred Requirements:
* Demonstrated expertise in compliance and a strong understanding of insurance industry regulations.
* Proven track record in proactively managing operational risk, mitigating potential vulnerabilities and promoting best practices.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering a cohesive approach to risk and compliance.
* Proficient in developing and implementing risk and compliance strategies to align with business objectives.
* Ability to analyse complex data and identify trends to inform risk management decisions and improve compliance processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Risk Management, or similar.
* Professional certifications in compliance or risk management.
* Master's degree in a related discipline would be an advantage.
