As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in both classroom learning and personal development.
* Supporting students during lessons and structured activities
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement with learning
* Helping prepare learning resources and adapting tasks where required
* Building strong, supportive relationships with students
* Promoting confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
* Monitoring and reporting on student progress to teaching staff
