Qualified Nursery Manager Early Years
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Manager to lead an Ofsted-registered Early Years setting and deliver high-quality childcare in line with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day nursery operations
* Ensure EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding compliance
* Lead, support, and develop the staff team
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
* Build positive relationships with parents and professionals
Requirements:
* Level 3 Childcare qualification or above (full & relevant)
* Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* Right to work in the UK
