Your new role
* An exciting opportunity for a QC Analytical Project Coordinator – 18-Month Fixed Term Contract to join our team.
* This is a temporary contract. It is anticipated that the role will be effective from Feb 2026 till Aug 2027.
* You’ll be responsible for supporting the current GMP production of cellular therapies and cell banking.
* Managing test house relationships, handling administrative tasks related to sample submissions, and collating non-project related tasks within the QC Analytical department.
* Monitoring test house performance and maintaining routine communication to promote minimal turnaround times.
* Compiling QC reports and certificates of analysis.
* Coordinating batch release and QMS TATs.
* Performing general record keeping and maintaining document organisation.
* Collaborating with other departments to support business requirements.
About you
* Strong administrative experience, preferably in a scientific environment.
* IT literate, with experience in Microsoft Office packages.
* Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with suppliers and clients.
* Organised and forward‑planning individual, who can deliver results to deadline.
* Excellent attention to detail, with the desire to continually develop and improve our processes.
