The role encompasses a wide spectrum of commercial property work, including investment transactions, landlord and tenant matters, development schemes and the ongoing management of property portfolios. You will act for a diverse client base, ranging from investors and owner-managed businesses to high-net-worth individuals. Working as part of a collaborative partnership, you will be well placed to build strong relationships across the firm and to support cross-practice initiatives, maximising opportunities within the existing client base while also driving new business generation. This appointment offers real influence at a strategic level. You will be encouraged to take ownership of the growth of the Commercial Property practice, shape its future direction and play an active role in the firm's wider ambitions. There is also scope to support the development of junior lawyers and, over time, to help establish and grow a team aligned to the practice's expansion.
