The Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Paid Media Manager to take ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns within a fast-paced ticket sales environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns to drive ticket revenue, maximise ROI, and scale performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) campaigns end-to-end
* Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns to drive ticket sales and revenue growth
* Monitor performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to maximise ROI
* Manage budgets effectively across multiple campaigns and events
* Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, partnerships) to align messaging and campaigns
* Test and scale new channels, audiences, and campaign strategies
* Report on performance with clear insights and recommendations
Requirements
* Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
* Strong commercial focus with a track record of driving revenue or conversions
* Experience working in ticket sales, events, entertainment, or a fast-paced eCommerce environment is highly desirable
* Confident with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.)
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
