Are you a proactive, adaptable, and detail-driven professional with a passion for people and process? We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic People Services team in Newcastle. This is your chance to make a real impact by delivering exceptional HR support across a wide range of activities.
This is a varied role where you will be involved with the planning of new joiner inductions and supporting key HR programmes and initiatives.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based at our Newcastle office - Tuesday to Thursday.
What you'll be doing:
1. Providing administrative support to the People Services Team.
2. Programme support – support programmes as instructed to support all people services delivery.
3. Visa – coordinate and process visa applications and renewals for secondees and deputees to ensure compliance internally and externally.
4. Induction – People Service induction planning and delivery as agreed.
5. Process all People and Culture finances through purchase orders, invoice payments and adhoc payments where needed.
6. Prepare information and presentation packs for internal meetings where needed – Gatherounds, exec reports etc.
7. Assist with team events and training activities for People Services.
8. Deliver superb internal customer service, setting expectations and prioritizing workload.
What you’ll bring:
9. Strong administrative experience, confident using MS packages.
10. Experience using Microsoft Powerpoint to prepare presentations.
11. Experience of challenging and querying at differing levels within an organisation.
12. Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material with tact and professionalism.
13. Resourceful and shows good judgement in resolving issues.
14. Enjoys working with people and making a difference.
