The role
includes managing a small team, providing day‑to‑day guidance, training, and clear direction, while driving continuous improvement across AR processes. You will perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, produce KPI dashboards, and work closely with operational and commercial colleagues to quickly resolve invoicing or despatch discrepancies.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed is extensive Accounts Receivable experience within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment (minimum of 5 years). You will have proven people‑management skills, advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation), and experience with ERP systems and EDI processes.
You'll bring high attention to detail, the confidence to oversee complex and large‑value invoicing, and strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
