Our work is dynamic, ranging from carefully planned launch support and build phases to highly reactive quality campaigns addressing immediate production or market needs.

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Paint Prep Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is critical to achieving the highest quality finish on vehicle components and full vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive bodywork and the precision required to meet the stringent quality standards of major OEMs.

Core Responsibilities
1. Surface Preparation & Repair: Meticulously inspect, clean, repair, sand, fill, and smooth all designated vehicle surfaces or parts (including plastic and fiberglass) to ensure a flawless substrate for painting.
