In this role, you'll collaborate across departments, monitor sales performance, resolve operational challenges, and support our retail team in achieving their goals. Your contribution will maximise sales opportunities and enhance the in-store experience for customers.

RETAIL STRATEGY AND PLANNING
* Assist the Go-To-Market Manager with the implementation of retail promotion strategies and plans.
* Contribute to the development of post-implementation reports and presentations for management.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure all activation processes are followed.
* Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimise merchandising principles.
IN-STORE EXECUTION AND MERCHANDISING
* Plan and execute promotions in stores, ensuring correct merchandising locations.
* Conduct regular store visits and build relationships with retail field teams, keeping the customer at the centre of all decisions.
* Manage communications with the field team via the online platform for rollout updates.
* Be aware of upcoming promotion launches and coordinate with the lead product manager for execution.
* Utilise appropriate touchpoints within the estate, including RMS, Digital Screens, Printed collateral, or Prop mechanics.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
* Support the GTM Manager by addressing operational issues and finding solutions.
* Work closely with MX Operations to ensure alignment between promotion calendar and digital deployment.
