We’re BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm providing advice and solutions to entrepreneurial organizations navigating today’s changing world.
We work with Britain’s high-growth, ambitious businesses that fuel the economy, advising their owners and management teams.
We’ll broaden your horizons
In FY23, income from Private Equity houses and PE-backed businesses reached £181m, a 25% increase from the previous year. The firm plans to accelerate this growth with strategic investments.
Ethics is increasingly important for audit firms and their networks, especially regarding regulatory compliance and public interest independence responsibilities, both domestically and internationally. This is critical as BDO expands its global relationships and manages complex ownership structures.
The Ethics team supports the firm’s commitment to high quality, independence, and ethics, overseeing new systems to identify and manage risks to independence and conflicts of interest, which are top priorities for leadership.
This role also supports growth in the Private Equity sector, serving as a subject matter expert on PE, emphasizing correct processes for targeting, understanding affiliates, and complying with global MSAs.

Our work emphasizes quality, delivering trusted, transparent audits relied upon by stakeholders.
You should be proactive, capable of managing your tasks, collaborating effectively, and communicating with senior stakeholders to deliver value.
