Responsibilities:
1. Support the wider management team in improving commercial performance
2. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service
3. Maintain excellent store standards and stock availability
4. Act as Duty Manager when required
5. Take ownership of your own development while supporting team progression
About You:
6. Previous experience as a Team Leader,Supervisor, Floor Manager, Assistant Manager or Manager in a retail setting
7. Strong leadership and people management skills
8. Comfortable working in a multi-departmental store environment
9. Driven, customer-focused, and commercially aware
Benefits Package:
10. £13.30 per hour (£25,935 per annum)
11. 37.5 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days (including weekends and Bank Holidays)
12. 5.6 weeks annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
13. 4-weekly pay (13 payments per year)
