A day in the life of…
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them warmly and providing exceptional service. You will collaborate with your team to ensure smooth shifts and memorable guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and take orders professionally and courteously
* Prepare and serve food and beverages promptly
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
* Handle payments accurately via cash, card, or other methods
* Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
* Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
* Serve guests in conference and event spaces
* Assist with room service as needed
* Provide consistent excellent customer service
* Follow health and safety regulations diligently
* Participate in training sessions and team meetings
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
