* Strong understanding of financial processes, integration points, and best‑practice design
* Ability to work in complex, fast‑moving client environments
* British passport (required for client travel and project mobility)
* Willingness and ability to travel across the UK and EU as needed
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
