About The Role

The successful candidate would deliver timely and accurate financial data to support business operations, partnering with department heads to manage budgets effectively and drive cost efficiencies, while ensuring the protection of business assets through strong financial integrity. What Wren Offer:

Main Responsibilities:
9. Preparation of weekly and periodic accounts
10. Variance analysis to budget/forecast/prior year
11. Provide commentary to the business to support accounts schedules
12. Production of periodic KPIs and reporting packs
13. Ownership of Fixed assets
14. Balance sheet reconciliations
15. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies/standards and that company policies are followed
16. ONS returns
17. CIS returns
18. Other management and statutory and reporting as required
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
19. Qualified or part qualified accountant
20. Previous relevant financial experience gained in industry ideally
21. Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy
22. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
23. Ability to clearly communicate in a professional manner
24. Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal effectively with both colleagues and suppliers
25. A lasting commitment to 'doing the job right’ and challenging the status quo
