What You\'ll Be Doing
* Individualised Support: Provide essential one-on-one and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Team Collaboration: Work alongside the class teacher to effectively implement individualised learning plans.
* Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment.
* Learning Facilitation: Assist with lesson preparation, classroom tasks, and track student progress.
* Serve as a key mentor, guiding students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
What You\'ll Need to Apply
* Experience: A minimum of six months of prior experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
* Approach: A compassionate, patient, and energetic approach to supporting students with SEN.
* Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
* Compliance: A current Enhanced DBS check is required, or the willingness to apply for one immediately.
* Bonus: Experience with a variety of SEN needs is a plus.
