Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement test architecture and automation frameworks for complex enterprise applications.
* Lead non-functional testing activities including Performance Verification Testing (PVT) and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT).
* Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using modern tools and technologies.
* Work closely with engineering, architecture, and program teams to ensure end-to-end quality assurance across the platform.
* Analyze system performance and help improve feature delivery from an E2E perspective.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies, test data management, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Test Architect / Quality Engineering Architect in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong experience in non-functional testing (Performance, PVT, OAT).
* Hands-on experience testing Oracle database solutions.
* Ability to write high-performance SQL queries, particularly for test data management.
* Experience with Python and JMeter for automation and performance testing.
* Experience working with IBM MQ messaging systems.
* Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
* Must be eligible for BPSS clearance.
* Must be a UK National with at least 5 years UK residency.
