As a Senior Product Associate within the Collaboration and Communication Product Line, you will apply your expertise to all aspects of the software development and platform engineering lifecycle. You will work in agile product teams, partnering with stakeholders to focus on common goals aligned with our employees and customers. We are seeking a Product Associate to manage and advance three key product areas within our Email Product Team. This role oversees the mail relay infrastructure (SMTP), supporting over 1,500 applications in sending millions of emails daily. It also involves product ownership of our secure file sharing solution, which supports multi-million-dollar transactions and requires robust, compliant content delivery. Additionally, you will drive application integration with the Microsoft 365 (M365) stack, enabling application teams to leverage M365 APIs for automating business processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape foundational communication, collaboration, and secure information exchange products enterprise-wide.
Based in Jersey City and the UK (London, Bournemouth), this role is pivotal in shaping strategy and execution within our agile, multi-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
* Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap to deliver value.
* Prioritize the product backlog and maintain a clear product vision.
* Manage the product lifecycle through planning, execution, and future development, including risk management.
* Measure product KPIs and success metrics, tracking progress against targets.
* Collaborate with Engineering teams to balance business delivery, technology enablement, and operational work.
* Understand and advocate for customer needs.
* Work closely with users and stakeholders to drive adoption and improve workflows.
* Conduct market research and industry analysis to inform product strategy.
* Define and monitor business metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
* Lead go-to-market and marketing strategies for the product.
* Exhibit strong risk management practices and ensure adherence throughout development.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Experience or expertise in product management or relevant domain areas.
* Experience in enterprise technology product management.
* Familiarity with technical concepts, architectures, and cloud principles; hands-on development experience is not required.
* Experience with data mapping and migrations in a product management context.
* Proven ability to develop roadmaps, reports, documentation, and manage backlogs.
* Understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including strategy, customer engagement, architecture, engineering, and operations.
* Knowledge of industry standards, trends, and emerging technologies.
* Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum methodologies.
* Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
* Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/Confluence using industry standards.
