As the Head of Mobilisation and Transition, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients, overseeing end-to-end mobilisation processes, and managing complex multi-site mobilisations to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities include leading the mobilisation team, designing solutions, improving processes, managing client relationships, and supporting business development efforts. You will also be involved in project management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications required include a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, at least 7 years of facilities management experience with 3-5 years in senior mobilisation roles, and strong project management skills. Membership of professional bodies like MIWFM is desirable.
