This position operates on a Monday to Thursday schedule, offering a great work-life balance with a total of 40 hours per week. Duties - Sales Account Manager * Responding promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries across various channels (email, phone, web, social media). * Qualifying and prioritising leads based on urgency and potential value. * Nurturing prospects through the sales funnel with personalised follow-ups. * Managing the lifecycle of customer orders from quotation to production, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * Collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and feasibility. * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while developing existing accounts.
