Project Overview:
Totally Seattle & Beyond is a premier destination management firm owned and operated by a former Four Seasons Luxury Concierge. We are currently executing a strategic shift from a volume-based B2C tour model toward a high-ticket, relationship-driven B2B DMC and White-Glove Coordination model.
Our business is built on a foundation of elite service and local expertise, with a significant majority of our current growth driven by professional B2B gatekeepers, including luxury travel agents and concierge networks. We are looking for a marketing powerhouse to professionalize our digital presence and capture the massive opportunity within Seattle's corporate landscape—home to giants like Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, and Starbucks.
Scope of Work:
1. High-Ticket Sales Funnel & Web Development (WordPress)
Experience Quiz Inquiry Form: Design and integrate a sophisticated, multi-step "Experience Quiz" (using Typeform, JotForm, or similar) to replace basic contact forms. This will serve to pre-qualify leads, anchor our premium price points, and capture complex group logistics.
B2B Landing Page Optimization: Revamp our Custom Trips and Corporate Events pages to shift the messaging from "sightseeing" to "strategic event coordination and executive logistics".
Professional Partner Hub: Develop a high-end "Online Business Card" for Travel Professionals and Corporate EAs that leverages our 110+ five-star Google reviews and 5-star hospitality pedigree.
2. LinkedIn & B2B Lead Generation
Executive Visibility: Optimize our LinkedIn Business Page to appeal directly to Executive Assistants, Chief of Staffs, and Corporate Event Planners.
B2B Outreach Strategy: Develop a lead-generation framework to build repeatable, high-value relationships within the Seattle corporate and incentive travel sectors.
3. Sales Collateral & Creative Assets
Digital Sales Portfolio: Design updated, high-end digital brochures for our B2C Day Tours and our B2B Charter/Step-on Guide Services.
Brand-Aligned Content: Coordinate social media and blog content that prioritizes "Commercial Intent" (e.g., corporate retreats, VIP logistics) over general informational traffic.
4. Performance Auditing & SEO
Data-Driven Strategy: Transition our foundational SEO away from a generalist agency model toward a specialized, ROI-focused approach.
Attribution Reporting: Implement a system to clearly track lead origins and content performance to ensure marketing efforts are directly fueling our B2B growth.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in Luxury Branding, DMC Operations, or B2B Service Marketing.
Deep understanding of the Seattle corporate ecosystem.
Ability to act as a "Digital Project Manager," coordinating web, copy, and design to ensure a consistent 5-star brand voice
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
