An exciting opportunity within our Customer Services team has arisen for aSales and Customer Service Advisor.
To be successful in this role youwill need topossess a strong knowledge of computer hardware and have excellent customer service skills to assist our customers in person or electronically.
Hours of work are an average of 39.5 per week:
Week 1 - 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday = 40 hours
Week 2 - 08.30 to 17.30 4 days out of 5 Monday to Friday and 09.00 to 17.00 on Saturday = 39 hours
Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers to our brand new 'click and collect' counter
* Offering pre-salesand hardware advice
* Assess customer needs using a 'customer first' approachand assist with product selection
* Provide up to date information on products and services
* Solving customer service issues
* Liaising with the Warehouse and Sales team
* Dealing with customer collections
* Support the team during peak periods with telephone customer service
* Previous customer service experience, an advantage but not necessary
* Strong knowledge of current hardware and configurations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A professional, pleasant and helpful attitude
* Minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including English Language at grade C or above
* IT Qualifications would be advantageous to your application but are not essential
