We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Store Manager to support our Retail Team, based at our outlet store in South Godstone, Surrey. Nestled in the Surrey countryside is the first of our outlet stores. With deliveries of new outlet stock every week and generous discounts available, it is well worth a visit. We are looking for an agile and proactive Store Manager with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture this company culture. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail Operations is responsible for the management and performance of one of our OKA Outlet retail stores. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Organising and executing all general daily activities and operational requirements of the store • Recruiting, developing and managing your retail staff team, including onboarding, training and learning and development • Pro-actively motivating and leading the sales team to exceed Sales and Profit & Loss targets • Ensuring the team delivers the highest possible standards of customer service – from face to face to email and phone interactions, putting clienteling at the forefront of your and the teams priorities. • Ensuring stock control procedures are thoroughly implemented and the Outlet standards are kept to the highest standard.
