What the Work Looks Like:
The role blends people interaction, organisation, and practical oversight of the building.

Act as the friendly, professional face of the building

Welcome visitors and conduct viewings for prospective members

Build positive relationships with the creative businesses based onsite

Help maintain a welcoming and respectful community atmosphere

Optionally support small community events or informal gatherings

Spot issues early and coordinate contractors when needed

Handle small practical tasks where appropriate

Coordinate cleaners and general building maintenance

Maintain simple admin trackers and compliance records

Support basic invoicing and administrative tasks (training provided)

Help keep communication flowing between members, contractors, and management
