Requirements:
This role would suit a Demi/Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge in their career. It is essential that all applicants has a proven track record of working in a high volume fresh food operation, to a minimum of 2 Rosette standard. A sound knowledge of current kitchen regulations is also essential for this role.
