You will act as a brand ambassador for Pure Cremation, delivering outstanding customer service and representing the company with professionalism, empathy and integrity at all times. Key Responsibilities Arrange and deliver ashes and jewellery to families in a respectful and empathetic manner. Maintain regular communication with recipients, keeping them informed of arrival times and commitments. Keep accurate records using QR codes, CRM systems and the Body Tracking Application. Provide feedback to management to support continuous service improvement. Ensure compliance with company procedures, data protection and health & safety requirements. Maintain your vehicle and equipment to the highest standards. Represent Pure Cremation positively when interacting with families, colleagues and external stakeholders. About You We’re looking for someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy and emotional intelligence. You will ideally have: A caring, patient and resilient nature Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to work independently and as part of a team A flexible, positive and customer-focused approach A full UK driving licence The ability to work in a role that can be emotionally and physically demanding Previous experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
