Ashes Delivery Specialist Location: Knutsford Hours: 40 hours per week (plus 1 hour unpaid lunch break) Salary: £29,095.09 Contract: Permanent, full-time Due to continued growth, we’re proud to be recruiting an Ashes Delivery Specialist to join Pure Cremation – the UK’s leading provider of direct cremation and funeral planning services. As an Ashes Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring cremated remains are returned to families with empathy, professionalism, and respect, helping to create a positive and lasting impression of Pure Cremation. At Pure, our values guide everything we do: Care Deeply – about our customers and each other Take Accountability – for every action we take Never Settle – for second best The Role The Ashes Delivery Specialist is essential to ensuring cremated remains are returned to families in a respectful, dignified and compassionate way, in line with agreed service standards. You will act as a brand ambassador for Pure Cremation, delivering outstanding customer service and representing the company with professionalism, empathy and integrity at all times. Key Responsibilities Arrange and deliver ashes and jewellery to families in a respectful and empathetic manner. Maintain regular communication with recipients, keeping them informed of arrival times and commitments. Keep accurate records using QR codes, CRM systems and the Body Tracking Application. Provide feedback to management to support continuous service improvement. Ensure compliance with company procedures, data protection and health & safety requirements. Maintain your vehicle and equipment to the highest standards. Represent Pure Cremation positively when interacting with families, colleagues and external stakeholders. About You We’re looking for someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy and emotional intelligence. You will ideally have: A caring, patient and resilient nature Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to work independently and as part of a team A flexible, positive and customer-focused approach A full UK driving licence The ability to work in a role that can be emotionally and physically demanding Previous experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
