What Are We Looking For? DPS are looking to bring on board an experienced Project Manager to work as an integral part of the project team out of our office in Inverness. Leading a team of project engineers, you will manage the successful delivery of technical projects for the business ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards. The main function of the Project Manager role is to deliver all project allocated to you on-time and to budget and to meet our clients' expectations. As a lead for the project department, you will be a co-ordinating figure, dealing with the project team and stakeholders across all areas of the project. The role is a customer facing role, building long term relationships with partners is essential and you will interpret the needs, expectations, and limitations of Customer requirements, to deliver a project delivery. A vital part of this role is having the ability successfully manage relationships, both the internal project and engineering teams as well as our partners and stakeholders. The project department can be a fast-paced environment, having the ability to recognise the needs of the Project team, clients and partners is essential.
