The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be capable of executing multiple paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and providing reporting. Comfort with managing small to large media spends is essential.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients across TikTok & Meta platforms.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, serving as their main contact.
* Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to drive client growth.
* Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to boost growth and revenue for clients.
* Oversee TikTok Shop campaign execution, ensuring seamless integration of paid, organic, affiliate, and live content.
* Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization and leveraging platform features.
* Provide creative feedback for your team’s client campaigns.
* Serve as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients.
* Coordinate content creation with in-house TikTok creators, freelancers, and influencers.
* Recommend and develop budget plans for campaigns.
* Prepare proposals for new business opportunities.
* Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives.
What you’ll bring:
* Deep understanding of TikTok as a platform.
* Proactive in building strong client relationships and open to travel for meetings.
* Agency experience with a successful track record managing accounts.
* Knowledge of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate collaborations to drive GMV.
* Experience leading a team.
* Passion for working on paid campaigns.
* Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
* Experience creating effective media plans.
* Background working with multiple brands, either in-house or agency.
* Good eye for creative content that converts.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
* Understanding of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support or advice on live production.
* Experience managing or advising on TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including commission structures and performance tracking.
