Exciting opportunity for a Family Law Associate to join this expanding Dispute Resolution team based in Glasgow.
The successful candidate will support the DR team in a broad range of family law matters including separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, litigation and other dispute resolution methods and child law matters.
Candidates will possess a desire to actively contribute to the development of this successful and forward-thinking team. You will be confident in working independently and running your own caseload, but also be willing and able to work with other members of the team on larger or more complex cases.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a varied caseload with minimum supervision and is likely to have at least 5 years’ family law experience. An interest in and experience in advocacy would also be useful. Consideration will be given to part time and flexible working for this post.
