A secondary school in Twickenham is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive PE Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy PE department and help inspire students to excel in sport and physical education.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist PE staff with lesson preparation and setting up sports equipment.
* Support the delivery of science-based PE coaching sessions and extra-curricular sports clubs.
* Maintain, organise, and monitor PE equipment and storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Carry out administrative tasks, including team sheets, risk assessments, and coordinating events and fixtures.
* Drive students and staff to sports fixtures and events (using the school minibus or similar).
Person specification:
1. Must hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
2. Previous experience supporting children through sports or coaching.
3. Sports related degree - desirable
