I'm looking for Bathroom Fitters for a property maintenance contract working within social housing properties in Warwickshire.
The duties of the Bathroom Fitter will include:
* Ripping out existing bathroom suites
* Patch plastering
* Tiling
* Installation of baths, showers, WC and sinks
* Boxing in
* Flat lay vinyl flooring
Ideally I'm looking for Bathroom Fitters that have:
* Experience working in social housing
* Their own tools
* Full UK driving licence and their own van
* Blue CSCS Card
And in return, the Bathroom Fitter will receive:
* £190 per day
* 40 hours per week on a long term contract
