Milk Education is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join SEN schools across Nottingham, working on a long-term or short-term basis, starting immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting pupils with special educational needs in a rewarding and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs.
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities to meet individual pupil targets.
* Support pupils with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation throughout the school day.
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom and wider school setting.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* A degree in any subject with a genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, proactive, and caring approach to working with pupils.
* Ability to work effectively under the guidance of teachers and support staff.
