We are looking to recruit for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of clinical workforce and digital health solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding high-impact healthcare services and driving commercial success in a purpose-led organisation. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities within the NHS and private healthcare markets. Identify, develop, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including NHS executives, ICS leaders, and Trust managers. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure and implementation handover. Work with internal teams (clinical, delivery, marketing, and product) to align client needs with service capabilities. Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Keep accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Requirements Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within healthcare, digital health, workforce solutions, or consultancy. Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement processes, and key industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A consultative, client-focused sales approach. Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Willingness to travel across the UK when required. Experience selling into NHS Trusts, ICBs, or ICSs. Familiarity with digital health technologies and workforce challenges in the healthcare sector.
