Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House/Barista Staff to join our team at Finca in Yeovil. In this role, you will be the face of our coffee shop, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to quality, consistency and customer satisfaction across the Finca name.

Finca is an independent owned coffee shop and roastery with a passion for single-origin beans, proudly running six shops across Dorset and Somerset. Our goal is to offer you a place where you can always enjoy great coffee, delicious cakes, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations in a friendly and professional manner.
* Coffee Preparation: Prepare espresso based drinks to our high-quality standards.(this will be once trained and confident)
* Order Management: Manage order flow, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of drinks/cakes in a friendly manner.
* Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the front of house, seating areas, and barista station clean and organised.
* Team spirit: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
* Stock Management: Assist in stock rotation, and stock checks.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: Previous experience in a barista/hospitality or customer-facing role. We're happy to train the right candidate.
* Passion for Coffee: A genuine love for coffee and a desire to learn more about how we make our coffee.
* Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and staff in a positive and engaging manner.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and keep things running smoothly.
* Team Player: Able to collaborate with colleagues and work as part of a tight-knit team.
* Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and ready to go the extra mile.
